NAPT, EPT and Women's Winter Festival Up for Grabs With Power Path in October

Kuznetsov Applies Pressure

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Nikita Kuznetsov opened to 3,000 from the cutoff, and was faced with a three-bet to 11,500 by Timur Muxamedaminov in the small blind. Kuznetsov called.

On the AQ3 flop, Muxamedaminov continued with a bet of 6,000, and Kuznetsov stuck around for the turn, which came the 9 and was checked through.

On the 8 river, Muxamedaminov checked once more. Kuznetsov fired out a bet of 37,000, almost pot, and his opponent, who had about 65,000 left behind, went deep into the tank.

After about two minutes, he tapped the table and mucked his cards, sending a decent pot to Kuznetsov.

Abdullah Akbarpoor put in 5,500 on a turn of 37106 from the hijack. Yulian Bogdanov in the cutoff raised to 14,000, which Akbarpoor called.

The 9 river saw Bogdanov put in 23,000 chips, leaving only 1,500 back. Akbarpoor gave it some thought but eventually passed his cards to the dealer in defeat.

Mircea Flutur opened to 3,000 from the cutoff. Yahor Dambrouski and Nick Palma came along from the button and big blind.

Flutur continued for 2,500 on the Q43 flop and was called in both spots. The 5 turn then checked through to the 4 river. Palma deliberated for some time before firing out 5,500. Flutur made it 26,000 after he weighed up his options. Dambrouski got out of the way and Palma followed suit.

Jackson Wins Three-Way Three-Bet Pot

Georgios Skarparis in early position, Tamazi Skhirtladze in the hijack, and Daniel Jackson in the cutoff had all put in 11,000 preflop. A flop of 8QJ was then checked to Jackson, who bet 9,500.

Skarparis quickly folded but Skhirtladze joined to a turn of 9. There, Jackson put Skhirtladze all in for his last 27,000. Skhirtladze weighed his options but ended up folding and surrendering the pot.
