Nils Pudel, who started with around 74,000, committed most of his stack preflop, leaving 14,000 behind. Tayfun Rodoplu called in the big blind.

On the 643 flop, Rodolpu put Pudel all in, with the latter calling for their tournament life.

State Wants Eichenseher to Get a Penalty

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Tobias Eichenseher raised from the cutoff to 8,000 and Adrian State called out of the big blind.

The action was checked all the way to the river on the KJ610Q board where State checked, Eichenseher bet 6,000, State raised to 30,000, and Eichenseher checked the board before he dropped in the call.

Both players showed an ace and chopped the pot, but it was what happened afterward that cause some commotion.

"He gets a penalty right? Does he got a penalty?" asked State as Eichenseher had only called the river with the nuts. The table thought State was joking but he insisted that the floor come over and give their verdict.

"Come on, we aren't in kindergarden," said Anton Wigg who was sat on State's right. Eventually the floor came over and ruled that no penalty was necessary in this instance, which was praised by most of the table as being the right decision.
