Action was picked up with stacks in the middle and cards on their backs in a three-way all-in scenario.

Yiannis Liperis was all-in for 69,000, Peter Tschernigg had also got his 143,000 stack in the middle, and he was followed by Aleksandr Razinkov, who had Tschernigg slightly covered with 159,000.

In a crazy cooler, Tschernigg had his opponents dominated with pocket kings. The 10♦8♣3♣ flop was clear for the Austrian, but the 7♣ turn spelt danger with Razinkov picking up a club draw.

In dramatic fashion, the A♦ then rolled off on the river to send Liperis the triple-up. Tschernigg took the 65,000 side pot against Razinkov, who was left with crumbs.

With around 30,000 chips already in the middle on a flop of 6♦4♣6♣, Hugues Mazerolle had checked from the big blind and Shankui Li fired a small bet of 8,000 from the cutoff. Mazerolle then raised to 26,000, and Li three-bet the flop to 73,000. Mazerolle called.

The 8♣ turn and 5♦ river were then checked through to showdown where Mazerolle showed 9♦4♦ for a pair of fours, but Li held the winner with A♦6♠ for flopped trips.

Chakib Mhiri raised to 10,000 under the gun and was called by Salvatore Camarda in the hijack, Ivan Stankov on the button, and Adrien Quetelart in the small blind.

The flop came 9♠9♦5♣ and Mhiri continued for 5,000. Camarda called and Stankov raised to 25,000. Quetelart folded, while Mhiri called and Camarda also got out of the way.

The turn was the 9♣ and Mhiri led out for another 15,000. Stankov folded this time and Mhiri took the pot.

Furuse needed some help from the board, and when a jack hit the flop, it gave him a glimmer of hope. But that hope was quickly crushed as a four appeared as well, leaving Furuse in a tough spot. The board eventually ran out 9♦J♣4♣8♥9♣, sealing Furuse’s fate and eliminating him from the tournament, while Mustafov stacked up even more chips.
