Artsiom Lasouski opened from the hijack to 80,000 and Chakib Mhiri three-bet the cutoff to 160,000. When the action got back to Lasouski, he shoved for around 850,000, and Mhiri quickly folded.
"You weren't scared?" asked Mhiri to Lasouski, who didn't respond.
Cutoff Bobby James made a raise to 85,000. Halil Tasyurek called in the big blind, after which both players checked the 6♣7♣6♦ flop. On the 8♥ turn, Tasyurek bet 150,000 and James called.
The 2♠ river was checked to showdown, where Tasyurek's 8♦5♥ won the pot against James' Q♣J♣.
Eleftherios Sinnos raised to 80,000 under the gun. Halil Tasyurek called in the small blind and the subsequent 10♦J♠K♥ flop was checked through.
Tasyurek then led out for 80,000 on the 5♥ turn, being called by Sinnos. The river fell the 5♠. Tasyutek bet 300,000 and Sinnos called after some thinking time.
Tasyurek tabled A♥Q♥ for Broadway, while Sinnos' J♥9♥ for second pair disappeared into the muck.
Georgios Tsouloftas raised to 80,000 in the hijack and Anton Wigg called on the button. Boris Tabiyev then moved all in for 760,000 in the small blind and both opponents folded.
"Next time," Tsouloftas said.
"I'll be ready next time," Tabiyev replied.
The next hand, Artsiom Lasouski limped in from the small blind and Chakib Mhiri checked. The flop came A♠Q♠3♦ and Mhiri bet 75,000.
Lasouski called to the 5♣ turn, where Mhiri bet another 150,000. Lasouski again called and the 3♣ fell on the river. Mhiri then bet 440,000, leaving himself one 5,000 chip behind.
Lasouski tanked for a minute before calling as Mhiri turned over 9♠3♠ for trip treys. Lasouski covered his face in his hands and shook his head as he mucked while Mhiri took the pot.
Philip Joyce raised to 80,000 in middle position with J♦10♠. Halil Tasyurek called in the cutoff with A♦7♦ and Andriy Lyubovetskiy defended his big blind with A♣10♥.
The 3♥J♣Q♣ flop was checked by all three players before Lyubovetskiy bet 90,000 on the 6♣ turn. Joyce called with his pair of jacks before Tasyurek got out of the way.
The 6♦ then hit the river, seeing Lyubovetskiy move 315,000 to the middle, leaving only 25,000 behind. Joyce spent three time banks but ultimately decided to fold his pair as Lyubovetskiy got his ace-high bluff through.
In a limped pot between the blinds, Oliver Weis bet 45,000 on a J♠J♣8♥ flop and Anton Kraous called.
Both players checked the 3♦ turn and the Q♦ fell on the river. Kraous then bet 80,000 and Weis came back with a raise to 310,000. Kraous quickly called.
Weis turned over 10♣9♥ for a rivered straight and Kraous mucked.
Georgios Tsouloftas opened from the cutoff and got called by Andrea Dato on the button, Anton Wigg in the small blind, & Boris Tabiyev in the big blind.
They four went to a flop of 5♦A♣Q♦, which checked to Tsouloftas, who fired 140,000. Dato called, and both Wigg & Tabiyev folded.
A 7♥ on the turn was checked through to the J♣ river where Tsouloftas announced a bet of 325,000, and Dato snap-called,
Tsouloftas then showed A♥K♥ for top pair, and Dato mucked.
Oliver Weis raised to 85,000 on the button and Timo Kamphues called in the big blind.
The 8♣4♠2♥ flop was checked through to the 7♠ turn, where Kamphues led out for 80,000. Weis called and the 9♦ fell on the river.
Kamphues checked over to Weis who bet 420,000. Kamphues spent a few minutes in the tank before calling and Weis turned over 8♦8♠ for a flopped set to win the pot.
Artsiom Lasouski raised to 400,000 in the cutoff, leaving himself 20,000 behind, and Georgios Tsouloftas moved all in from the big blind. Lasouski quickly put in his last chips.
