Zubov Shows Down Two Pair

Calum Grant

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Adrian Mateos opened to 4,500 from the cutoff. Alexander Zubov and Ognyan Dimov called from the button and blinds.

Action checked to Zubov on the A♠9♥5♣ flop and he bet 5,000. Only Dimov called.

The 2♥ turn then checked through to the 3♦ river. Dimov led out for 9,500 and Zubov quickly called.

Dimov tabled A♣6♦ for a pair of aces but Zubov's A♥5♥ was good for aces and fives.
