Mateos Hangs Around With King-High
Level 19
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Mikalai Vaskaboinikau limped in from the small blind and Adrian Mateos checked his option.
Vaskaboinikau led out for 60,000 on the A♥7♠3♦ flop and Mateos called. The turn was the 4♣ and Vaskaboinikau bet another 200,000. Mateos again called.
Both players checked down the A♣ river and Vaskaboinikau showed J♠6♥. Mateos turned over K♣5♦ and took the pot with the pair of aces on board and his king-kicker.
