Troyanovskiy Falls to Yotsushika

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

With three players seeing a board of J210 and roughly 15,000 in the middle, Thierry Morel checked from the big blind, Vladimir Troyanovskiy bet 8,000 from under the gun, Kazuhiko Yotsushika called from middle position and Morel got out of the way.

Troyanovskiy bet again when checked to on the 6 turn, this time for 16,000. Once again Yotsushika made the call.

On the 7 river Troyanovskiy checked and Yotsushika moved all in, covering Troyanovskiy who had roughly 30,000 behind. Troyanovskiy made the call.

Yotsushika only had K2 for bottom pair, presumably turned into a bluff. Bottom pair was good at showdown as Troyanovskiy had made a hero call at the wrong time with AK for just ace-high and was sent to the rail while Yotsushika took down a sizable pot.

Tammel Asks and Receives

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Tarmo Tammel moved all in for 22,000 from middle position and was called by Felipe Ketzer in the hijack who had a covering stack to put Tammel at risk.

Tarmo Tammel: A10 All in
Felipe Ketzer: QQ

Ketzer was well ahead on the J33 flop with Tammel drawing to just three outs to preserve his tournament life.

"Ace!" Tammel called out. Sure enough, the turn was the A giving Tammel two pair, leaving Ketzer drawing to two outs.

"That's a good call" Ketzer commented. "Queen!"

Ketzer did not have the same luck as the A river improved Tammel to a full house and he scored a full double up at Ketzer's expense.

Di Meglio Shoves With Rivered Flush

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Action was on the river on a board of 4KQ87. Jack O'Neill checked and Mathieu Di Meglio moved all in for the rest of his opponent's stack, around 40,000 effective, which was a little over the size of the pot.

O'Neill went into the tank before eventually flicking in a chip to signify the call. He showed QJ for a pair of queens. Di Meglio wasn't bluffing though. He turned A5 for the rivered nut flush to win the pot and bust O'Neill from the tournament.
