Adrian State limped in the small blind and Nicola Grieco checked his big blind option. The dealer turned over the A♥5♠9♠ flop and State led out for 120,000.

Grieco called to see the 10♥ turn, where State fired again for 400,000. Another call saw the 5♥ hit the river, and State counted out one last bet of 950,000.

After taking some time, the clock was called on Grieco. Within a few second of the countdown starting, Grieco showed the 10♠ as he mucked, with State taking down a nice pot.
