Sergio Aguero, who started the hand with around 100,000, opened to 4,500 from the cutoff and called when Felix Schneiders three-bet to 16,500 from the button.
Aguero checked on the J♥8♥3♦ flop, and Schneiders moved all in as the bigger stack. The former professional soccer player went deep into the tank before calling for his tournament life.
Sergio Aguero: A♣J♠
Felix Schneiders: Q♣Q♠
Aguero's top pair top kicker was behind Schnieider's queens and it failed to improve on the turn or river, sending Aguero to the rail.
