"Run Good Rania" Overtakes Kenjic on the Turn

Rania Nasreddine raised to 550,000 on the button and Jovan Kenjic called in the big blind.
Both players checked the 10♥7♦5♠ flop and the J♣ fell on the turn. Kenjic led out for 450,000 and Nasreddine called.
The river was the 4♠ and Kenjic fired out another 500,000. Nasreddine quickly called and Kenjic showed Q♠10♣ for a flopped pair of tens. Nasreddine, though, had Q♥J♠ for a pair of jacks on the turn.
