Jamie Dwan opened to 16,000 and was called by Giuseppe Zarbo, who had been causing his table mates quite a bit of angst in the last 30 minutes by, in their view, indulging in persistent tanking close to the bubble, with the clock being called on him on a number of occasions.
On the 2♠7♠3♠ flop Dwan continued with a bet of 8,000, and Zarbo, after some thought, raised to 32,000. Dwan called.
The A♣ turn was checked through by both players.
On the 2♣ turn Dwan fired out a bet of 36,000 and Zarbo eventually folded.
