Pop Doubles Through Lordao
Level 17
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Cards were on their backs and Samuel Pop was all-in for 73,000 and at risk against Renato Lordao.
Samuel Pop: 7♦7♥
Renato Lordao: A♦K♠
A tablemate commented "French Aces, guaranteed set" and the 7♣ was the first card out in the window of the 7♣9♠10♥ flop, causing much amusement at the table.
Even Lordao was laughing as Pop scooped the pot after the 6♦3♣ turn and river completed the board.
