Naets Bluffs Almost All of It

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Sylvain Naets raised 10,000 in early position, and both Jose De Andrade in the small blind, and Shayane Gredoire in the big blind made the call.

When the KQ8 flop hit the felt, the action checked to Naets who continued for 10,000. This time only Gredoire called.

The 2 turn was checked through to see the 3 river. Gredoire checked once more, and Naets dropped a stack of blues across the line for a bet of 70,000.

Gredoire went into the tank, talking aloud. "Did he say all-in?" He asked the dealer as he looked at Naets' stack of only 6,000 behind.

"Would you do this without a king? I don't have a king," he continued.

Eventually, he decided to fold and Naets showed A9 for ace-high.

Guerrero Hero Calls on the Bubble

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

The pot stood at approximately 150,000 with two players looking at a full board of 391047.

Omar Del Pino, who was under the gun, placed a sizeable bet of 115,000, sending opponent Antonio Guerrero, in early position, into the tank.

Guerrero thought for several minutes before the clock was finally called, prompting him to make the call. Del Pino tabled A10 for top pair; good enough to ship him this massive pot and leave Guerrero short.

After a series of raises, Wojciech Barzantny called off his stack of about 100,000 against Nazar Buhaiov.
