Khalifa Spikes the Turn to Double; Rabusseau Doubles With a Set

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Jonathan Khalifa was all in for 12,500 from early position and up against Badr Douch in middle position.

Jonathan Khalifa: AJ
Badr Douch: 1010

Khalifa stood up from his seat after the 6K3 flop as he failed to improve against Douch's tens, but he caught the A on the turn to take the lead. The river was the 9 and Khalifa doubled up.

At the same time at another table, Francesco Gisolfi and Alexandre Rabusseau built a pot of 15,000 heading to the 543 flop where Rabusseau got his last 20,000 in the middle from the cutoff and Gisolfi put him at risk in early position.

Alexandre Rabusseau: 33
Francesco Gisolfi: 88

Rabusseau had hit a set of threes to take the lead over Gisolfi's overpair and finished with a full house as the board ran out 74 to double up.

Hand Shows the Bluff

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Three players, including Fintan Hand, saw a flop of A103 as action checked through to the 4 turn.

Hand then bet 1,500 from the hijack and only Loic De Doncker called in the big blind. The river was the K and Hand moved all in for 13,000.

De Doncker only thought about the decision for a few seconds before folding. "Turn them over," Hand said as he flung his cards into the middle of the table. The dealer then exposed 76.

"He's very capable," a tablemate said.

"One time ever. I thought I had a straight," Hand added.

Fellow Team PokerStars Pro Benjamin Spragg's seat at this table is empty as he has busted this bullet. EPT Barcelona champion Simon Wiciak was also recently eliminated.
