The 8♥Q♣9♦ flop was checked around leading to the 7♣ turn. Al-Sayegh led out for 375,000 and Uselis made the call. On the 10♥ river, Al-Sayegh sized up to 650,000. Uselis went into the tank. The clock was called on him by one of his tablemates. The floor gave him a 30 second countdown which he used most of before finding the fold.
