Tom Middleton Eliminated in 22nd Place (€40,000)
Level 26
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Tom Middleton moved all in for 465,000 in the hijack as action went on Dimitar Danchev, who asked for a count and spent a few moments looking around at the other stacks. He eventually folded, as did button Owen Dodd, but Gonzalo Almeida called in the small blind.
Tom Middleton: A♣7♦
Gonzalo Almeida: A♥K♦
Middleton was dominated and found no help on the 2♣10♠4♠J♥5♣ board to hit the rail in 22nd place.
With Middleton's elimination, Dimitar Danchev is the last remaining EPT champion still in the hunt for a second title.
