There were around 15,000 chips in the pot on a board of 2♣Q♥8♦6♣ when Alexantr Spatharis led out for 10,400 from the big blind and Albert Gil shoved for around 28,000 from middle position. Spatharis snap-called.
Albert Gil: K♦Q♣
Alexantr Spatharis: 8♥2♠
Spatharis had flopped two pair from the big blind and Gil's top pair needed to improve on the river if he wanted to stay alive. However, the 9♥ wasn't one of Gil's outs, and he was sent to the rail as Spatharis collected the pot.
"I've waited for three hours," said Spatharis, probably in reference to getting a strong hand.

Elia Toma opened to 2,500 from early position. Francois Vincenti was the sole caller from middle position.
Toma led the monotone flop of 9♠K♠6♠ for 1,500. Vincenti called. Toma led again on the 7♠ turn for 3,600. Vincenti called again. Toma then fired a third bet of 5,000. Vincenti went into the tank for around a minute before calling.
Toma tabled K♥10♥ for top pair but was bested by the Vincenti's J♠10♠ for a flopped flush.
Jakub Sterba opened to 2,500 first to act and was called by Dominic Krattiger in the small blind and Vahe Martirosyan in the big blind.
Krattiger and Martirosyan checked to Sterba, who continued for 4,500 on the A♣J♥4♣ flop. Krattiger called and Martirosyan folded.
The 10♥ fell on the turn and Krattiger checked once more, prompting a 14,000 barrel from Sterba. This time Krattiger let his hand go and Sterba collected the pot without showing.
Sokratis Linaras raised to 2,500 from under the gun and was three-bet to 8,000 by Andries Swart in the big blind. Linaras called.
Both players checked on the K♠A♦3♥ flop and then Swart check-called a 6,000 bet from Linaras on the 4♦ turn.
The J♦ completed the board and both players checked. Swart turned over K♦Q♦ for the nut flush and Linaras claimed to have ace-queen before sending his hand into the muck.
