The J♥6♣4♣ flop was checked through to the 6♦ turn. Worthington-Leese checked, Valls slid out a bet of 4,500, and only Worthington-Leese called.
The 8♣ river completed the board, and Worthington-Leese check-jammed to 11,800 versus a bet of 3,400, with Valls making the quick call.
Worthington-Leese confidently tabled 7♥6♥ for the turned trip sixes, but Valls had got there on the river with 7♠5♣ for the eight-high straight.
Around 38,000 was in the middle on a completed board of J♣9♠3♥2♠K♦, when Samuel Fournier check-called an all-in bet of 33,000 from Karim Maekelberg.
Maekelberg tabled A♦K♣ for the rivered pair of kings, and Fournier sighed and mucked his hand.
Fabrice Soulier in the big blind found himself at risk for roughly 28,000 from the big blind against Salvatore Camarda on the button.

Harald Sammer opened to 3,000 from middle position and he was called by both Alex Todd and Marle Spragg in the blinds.
All three of them checked the J♠7♣10♦ flop leading to the 6♦ turn where Spragg bet 5,500. Sammer folded, but Todd check-called.
The A♦ river landed on the felt and Todd led out for 30,000. Spragg went deep into the tank, but eventually folded. Todd revealed the 8♥.
Action was picked up with the cards on their backs. Daisuke Ogita and Conor Beresford were all in and at risk versus the covering stack of Simon Higgins.

Beresford was in bad shape but the 5♣5♥Q♠ flop left Higgins drawing slim. He couldn't find the case king across the 4♣ turn and A♥ river. Ogita was eliminated and Beresford took the pot.
Morten Klein moved all in from the button for 25,000. Thierry Gogniat called in the small blind.

"That's a fair chance," said Klein before the dealer fanned the 4♣2♥9♣ flop. The 6♦ kept Klein ahead but the 10♣ river gave the pot to Gogniat.
Around 23,000 was in the middle on a board of K♠6♥Q♣9♦ in a hand between Robin Ylitalo in early position and Fabrice Maltez in the big blind.
Maltez checked and Ylitalo fired out a bet of 20,000. Maltez looked suspicious and took a good two minutes, eyeing his opponent, before open folding Q♠9♣ for two pair. Ylitalo showed A♠A♦ for a pair of aces and took the pot.
Nicolae Mihai was all in for 25,000 and at risk versus Arni Gunnarsson.
