Neugebauer’s Bold River Bet Forces a Fold from Korhs

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

PokerNews picked up the action with around 12,000 already in the pot and the board showing 3746. From the small blind, Vitalijs Korhs checked to Max Neugebauer in the big blind, who fired a bet of 4,500. Another player folded, but after some deliberation, Korhs opted to call.

The river brought the A, and Korhs checked once more. Neugebauer seized the moment with an aggressive bet of 35,000, putting Korhs to a tough decision.

Korhs went deep into the tank, taking his time as the tension at the table grew. After three minutes, a player called the clock, and the floor gave Korhs 30 seconds to act. With just five seconds left on the countdown, Korhs reluctantly folded, conceding the pot to Neugebauer's bold play.
