Uncomfortable Spot for Spitale

Giuseppe Spitale raised to 20,000 from under the gun, and faced a three-bet to 55,000 from Maxime Chilaud in the cutoff. When the action returned to Spitale, he made the call.

Both players checked on the J♦K♦K♠ flop, prompting Spitale to take over the betting lead on the 3♠ turn. He put out a bet of 75,000, which Chilaud called.

The 4♠ completed the board, and it appeared Spitale did not like it. After taking a moment to consider his options, while shaking his head and sitting back in his seat, he opted to check. Chilaud responded by putting a bet of 85,000 into the middle.

A tortured-looking Spitale spent a little bit longer pondering over the hand before electing to fold.
