Chilaud Flops Big

Adrian Mateos raised to 35,000 in the cutoff. Aliaksei Boika called on the button, and Maxime Chilaud followed suit in the big blind. Mateos continued for 45,000 on the J♠4♦Q♣ flop, seeing both opponents call to the 9♥ turn.

Mateos continued firing, sizing up to 160,000. Boika stuck around and called, and Chilaud check-called for a second time as well.

The 8♦ was dropped on the river and slowed down the action. The trio all checked to showdown, where Chilaud turned over Q♠J♣ for two pair.

Mateos' K♥K♦ and Boika's K♣Q♥ disappeared into the muck as the sizable pot was shipped to the Frenchman.

Heath slid in a tiny continuation-bet of 20,000 on the Q♠A♠7♦ flop. Boika clicked it back to 40,000, Chilaud folded, and Heath quickly let his pocket pair go to forfeit the pot.

On the next deal, Adria Calonge opened to 30,000 from the hijack. Jiaming Zhao and Faria called from the blinds.

Calonge bet 35,000 on the K♦5♠2♥ flop and was called in both spots. The 4♦ turn and 9♦ river checked through to showdown, where Zhao's K♠10♠ was the winner.

Unimpressed, Chilaud raised to 85,000, receiving a swift call from his opponent. The 3♥ turn ended the hand, as Tomas led out again, this time for 100,000, and was eventually rewarded with a fold from Chilaud.

The 10♣9♥5♦ turn and J♠ turn were checked by the duo, after which the Q♠ river completed the board. After Mateos checked for a third time, Boika bet 80,000.

Mateos raised to 240,000 with his straight, receiving a quick fold from his opponent to take down the small pot.

Pardo continued for 15,000 on a flop of K♦A♦3♦ and fired a second barrel of 60,000 on the 6♠ turn. Aniulis check-called both times.

The 4♥ river was checked by Aniulis with K♠9♦. Pardo checked back with A♣10♥ and scooped the pot.

In the next hand, Pardo opened to 30,000 again. Roman Stoica in the cutoff three-bet to 90,000, then Aniulis jammed for 140,000. Pardo folded and Stoica called.
