Goeller Drills the Turn to Stun Pochat

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jamil Wakil raised to 40,000 in middle position and Andreas Goeller three-bet to 90,000 in the cutoff. Action went on Lucas Pochat in the big blind who threw in a time bank card.

Wakil thought he had tossed his cards away and called Goeller's bet before Pochat had acted. The floor was called over and Pochat eventually shoved all in. Wakil was allowed to take his chips back, while Goeller also tanked for a minute before calling for 560,000.

Andreas Goeller: KQ All in
Lucas Pochat: AK

Goeller was dominated and at risk as the flop came 542, but he spiked the Q on the turn to take the lead.

"Wow," he said, while Pochat ripped off his sunglasses and shook his head before paying off most of his stack following the 7 river.
