Mateos Doubles Through Konnikova

Adrian Mateos open-raised under the gun and picked up calls from Jozef Cibicek in the small blind and Maria Konnikova in the big blind.

The flop came 3♠5♦7♦ and action checked to Mateos, who made a continuation-bet of 2,400. Cibicek folded and Konnikova check-raised to 6,800. Mateos moved all in for 20,300 and Konnikova called.

Konnikova had 9♣7♥ for top pair, but Mateos turned over A♦A♠ for pocket aces.

The turn came the J♣ and river another blank, the Q♣. Mateos held to win the pot and doubled his stack.

Kraous Bets Out Tepeh on the River and Shows

Tjan Tepeh raised to 2,000 in the hijack and Mohamed-Said Taghla called in the cutoff. Anton Kraous then three-bet to 8,500 on the button and only Tepeh called.

The flop came 8♣3♥5♠ and Kraous bet 5,000. Tepeh then raised to 17,000 and Kraous called.

Tepeh bet another 18,000 on the 10♥ turn and Kraous again called. The river was the K♥ and Tepeh slowed down and checked. Kraous then bet 25,000 and Tepeh took a minute before folding.

Kraous showed him A♠3♦ for a pair of threes as he took the pot.

Erik Seidel raised to 2,200 in middle position and Matas Cimbolas moved all in for 20,000 in the cutoff. Alexander Zubov also stuck in his last 9,000 from the small blind as Seidel quickly called to put both players at risk.

All three players showed a pocket pair as Cimbolas was ahead with his tens, but the A♣8♣6♥ flop gave Zubov a set. Zubov improved to a full house on the A♦ turn, while the river was the Q♠ and he tripled up. Cimbolas took the small side pot off Seidel

Golubchik then moved all in over the top for 36,000, and the hijack folded to leave two players to flip their cards, with Garcia at risk.

The board ran out 7♦4♥5♣5♠J♣, and Golubchik held with his ace-high and the pair of fives on board. He won the pot, and Garcia was eliminated.

Rebollar Shoves Turn to Win Four-Bet Pot

Aleksandr Shevlyakov opened from middle position and Jose Valls Rebollar three-bet to 6,000 from the button. Shevlyakov then clicked it back to 12,000 and Rebollar thought for a painfully long time before calling.

The flop came 10♥9♠Q♦ and Shevlyakov continued for 4,500, which Rebollar called. The turn came the 3♠ and Shevlyakov opted to check. Rebollar pushed all in and Shevlyakov quickly folded to give him the pot.

Nicolas Lecoeuvre kicked off the hand with a raise to 2,000 from the cutoff. Christian Peukert called in the hijack, then Diego De Martino three-bet to 7,000 from the small blind. Lecoeuvre and Peukart both called.

The flop came 6♦8♥A♣ and all three players checked to the turn, which was the K♣. De Martino made a delayed continuation-bet of 7,000, which only Lecoeuvre called.

The river was the A♥ and De Martino pushed 20,000 into the middle, leaving himself just 5,000 behind. Lecoeuvre moved all in, not allowing his opponent the liberty of making a not-quite-all-in shove. De Martino decided to fold his hand and live to see another pot, while Lecoeuvre scooped in the chips.
