Jungevicius Can See the Future

Heads-up on a flop of K♣J♣6♠, Kestutis Jungevicius bet 55,000 from the hijack and Julien Mariani raised to 125,000 in the big blind. Jungevicius then moved all in and Mariani quickly called for 325,000.

Mariani had flopped two pair, while Jungevicius was on a straight draw. The 7♥ turn left Mariani poised for a double up, but Jungevicius spiked the Q♥ on the river to make his straight and send Mariani to the rail.

"Sorry," Jungevicius told Mariani.

"Don't say you're sorry. You're not sorry. You're the monster of the table. No luck, only skill. You can see the future," tablemate Miguel Capriles added.

Barbero Calls Navas' Bluff

Over on the feature table, Rafael Navas raised to 40,000 from under the gun. Nacho Barbero three-bet to 110,000 from the cutoff, which Navas called.

The flop came 7♠9♥2♣ and Barbero made a continuation bet for 80,000, which Navas check-raised to 175,000. Barbero called to take the hand to the 7♦ turn, which both players checked.

The river came the A♣ and Navas pushed his 1,390,000 stack into the middle. Barbero was covered and thought for a couple of minutes, burning through a few time bank cards before calling.

Barbero showed A♦Q♥ for a pair of aces, two pair with the sevens on board. Navas tabled K♠10♠ for a bluff, giving Barbero the double up.

The flop came Q♣5♦2♦ and Obreshkov bet 30,000. Moolhuizen then raised to 60,000 and Obreshkov called.

Both players checked the 3♥ turn and the K♣ fell on the river. Obreshkov then moved all in for 130,000 and Moolhuizen quickly folded.

The next hand, Nacho Barbero opened to 40,000 under the gun, Obreshkov three-bet to 90,000 in early position, and Barbero called.

Obreshkov continued for 100,000 on the K♣J♠8♦ flop and Barbero snap-folded.

Coppola Sets Up Tytgat For a Double

In a blind versus blind battle, Enrico Coppola raised to 90,000 and Nicolas Tytgat called.

The flop came A♣6♣4♠ and Coppola continued for 55,000. Tytgat called and the 7♥ fell on the turn.

Coppola then bet 155,000 and Tytgat again called. The river was the K♦ and Coppola moved all in for 565,000.

Tytgat burned through five time banks and tanked for several minutes before flicking in a chip to signify a call. Coppola then showed 7♠7♣ for a turned set and Tytgat sent A♦5♦ into the muck.

On the 9♥ turn, Goeller led again, this time for 75,000 and Wakil once again called. The river came the Q♠ and Goeller sized up to 285,000, leaving himself around 500,000 behind. Wakil had seen enough and mucked his cards, leaving Goeller to scoop in the pot.

Both players checked the A♥ turn and the 7♣ fell on the river. De Martino bet another 80,000, but this time Coppola raised to 200,000.

De Martino came back with a reraise to 450,000 and Coppola quickly called. De Martino showed 8♥8♠, but Coppola had 7♥6♥ for a flush to win the pot.
