Danchev Raises Schemion on the River

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

"Very tight range. I play seven percent from under the gun," Patrik Jaros said as he opened to 3,500 first to act. Ole Schemion called in early position, as did Dimitar Danchev in the small blind.

Action checked to Schemion on the 887 flop and he bet 3,500. Only Danchev called. Both players then checked the 3 turn.

Schemion then bet 12,500 on the Q river, but this time Danchev came back with a raise to 34,000. Schemion shook his head and took a minute before giving up his hand.

Danchev allowed Schemion to choose one of his cards, and Schemion picked the 7. Despite dropping that pot, Schemion has built up a stack of around 300,000 so far today.
