Piagessi Keeps Phares Guessing
Level 4
: Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
In a pot worth 14,000, Romain Phares checked from the small blind to Luciano Piagessi on the button. Piagessi then bet 4,000 on the 5♦6♥3♠ flop, and Phares called.
The 7♥ turn checked to the 5♣ river, which Phares also checked. Piagessi then pushed in a bet of 15,000, sending Phares into a deep tank. After some minutes, Phares decided to let go of his hand, conceding the pot.
