Martirosyan Good at Showdown
Level 1
: Blinds 100/100, 100 ante
Robbie Bull raised to 300 in the hijack, which Vahe Martirosyan called in the cutoff and Jan Bendik called in the big blind.
The action checked to Martirosyan on a 5♦4♣Q♥ flop, who bet 1,200. Bendik then check-raised to 1,200, which removed Bull from the equation, but Martirosyan called.
Bendik continued for 1,500 on the 7♠ turn, which Martirosyan called before the J♠ river checked through.
Bendik flipped over 6♠5♥, which was no good when Martirosyan tabled 8♠8♣.
