Miroslav Rizov raised to 20,000 on the button, which both Barbara Akemi and Alexandru Toderita called in the blinds.
When the action checked to Rizov on an 8♣A♥4♣ flop, he continued for 25,000. Akemi folded, but Toderita called. It was the same sequence on the 3♥ turn, as Toderita check-called a bet by Rizov, this time for a more substantial 110,000.
The board was completed by the 5♦, and Toderita switched tactics, this time leading out for 120,000. Rizov didn't hesitate to call, but was shown bad news. Toderita tabled A♦2♠ for a rivered wheel straight, and a frustrated Rizov flipped over 8♠8♦, showing that his flopped set had been run down.
