Toderita Takes His Showdown
Level 25
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
The action was picked up with roughly 515,000 in the pot, and a board dealt to a 2♥7♦6♦5♣ turn.
Playing from the hijack, Gerard Carbo checked to Alexandru Toderita on the button, and Toderita bet 225,000. Carbo called, and the 9♠ completed the board. Carbo checked again, and this time Toderita checked back.
Carbo tabled A♥6♥, which had been run down by the 10♥9♥ of Toderita.
