Gurrea revealed QQ for a turned full house at showdown. Konnikova could not help but smile as she relinquished her cards to concede the pot.

Monton Gets Paid With a Set

With about 9,500 in the pot on a completed board of A9Q3K, Miguel Gurrea Monton was first to act from early position and settled on a bet of 3,100.

Tom Khalifa, on the button, deliberated for a few moments before flicking in a chip to call. Monton tabled a flopped set with 99, earning him the pot as Khalifa mucked.

Manikaros Tables Nuts

A sizable pot of 4,800 had been brewed when small blind Valerio Parodo and Iraklis Manikaros in the hijack arrived on the 829J turn. Manikaros fired 3,000, which Parodo check-called.

Parodo checked again on the 3 river. Manikaros overbet the pot by sliding in 11,900, and Parodo snapped his opponent off.

Manikaros showed A7 for the nut flush. Parodo paid his opponent, then returned his cards to the muck.

Huberman started with a check on the 768 flop, and Sanz decided to fire for 900. Huberman instantly called.

The Q landed on the turn and both players checked to see the J complete the board. Huberman tossed out 2,500, which was enough to get Sanz to fold.
