Stoica and Polito Bluff Some Chips Off

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Stanislav Anufriiev raised to 40,000 in the cutoff. Small blind Jose Malpelli three-bet to 140,000 in the small blind, prompting big blind Roman Stoica to four-bet to 240,000.

Anufriiev quickly folded, but Malpelli instantly jammed all in. Stoica flung his cards into the muck in frustration, shipping the pot to Malpelli without showdown.

On another table, Laurent Polito made it 40,000 to go in the cutoff. Hugo Blaison defended his big blind and check-called Polito's continuation-bet of 65,000 on the 456 flop.

The 5 turn then checked through to the Q river. Blaison checked a third time, enticing Polito to bet 155,000. Blaison made a quick call, and he won the pot when Polito opted not to show his bluff and mucked his cards to forfeit.
