The 10♥ turn and K♦ river were subsequently checked to showdown, where Malpelli's 9♠9♦ raked in the pot.
A few hands later, Roman Stoica limped in from the small blind, and big blind Longmao Fan checked his option. Stoica checked the 5♠4♦5♥ flop over to Fan, who bet 60,000. Stoica called to the A♠ turn, where both players knuckled the table.
Stoica checked a third time on the J♦ river. Fan reaggressed with a bet of 225,000, and Stoica tossed in a call after some time in the tank. Fan tabled top pair with A♣7♠, taking down the pot when Stoica frusratedly mucked his cards.
