Gogniat Quadruples to Remain in Contention
Level 29
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Casimir Seire made it 200,000 to go in middle position. Jorge Abreu flat-called on the button before Thierry Gogniat pushed in his last 210,000 from the small blind.
Seire and Abreu both called and checked through the A♥K♦10♣8♥A♣ board.
Gogniat tabled J♥10♥ for a pair of tens, quadrupling to a stack of eight big blinds by besting the 9♠9♦ of Seire and the Q♥5♥ of Abreu.
On the next deal, Gogniat committed his new stack of 830,000 with Q♣10♣ on the button and captured the blinds and antes by getting two folds.
