Lunkin Busts Adda

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Vitaly Lunkin opened from middle position, and he called Ariel Adda's big blind shove. Lunkin had {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and was up against Adda's {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}.

The {J-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} was still safe for Lunkin, but the {8-Diamonds} on the turn gave Adda a bunch of new outs. Every ace, queen, five, eight, or diamond would make Adda win the pot, but instead the {9-Hearts} popped up.

"I don't know how you dodged that" said someone at the table. Lunkin didn't reply, just stacking his chips while enjoying his message.

Chouity Makes a Flush

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Nicolas Chouity and Benjamin Pollak saw the {A-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop come out, and Chouity checked to his opponent. Pollak checked behind, and the turn was the {10-Diamonds}. Both players checked again, and the {2-Hearts} landed on the river. Chouity bet 52,000, and Pollak called.

Chouity showed the {8-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a heart flush that he made on the river, and Pollak mucked his hand.

Chouity Shows an Ace

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick raised to 25,000 from middle position, and Nicolas Chouity reraised to 64,000 from the hijack seat. Play folded back to Chidwick, and he made the call to see the flop come down {K-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. Chidwick checked, Chouity bet 47,000, and Chidwick folded.

Chouity showed just the {A-Clubs} from his hand.

Back-Door Full House Versus Back-Door Flush

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Mickey Petersen opened before the flop from the button, and Ismail Erkenov called from the big blind.

Erkenov check-called bets on the {7-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{A-Spades} flop and the {9-Hearts} turn, and then he led for 150,000 once the {7-Hearts} hit the river. Petersen moved him all in, and Erkenov called with some reluctance.

Petersen showed the {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts} for the nut flush, but that hand was no good as Erkenov showed the {7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a back-door full house.

Lasse Frost

Lasse Frost was all in for 111,000 against Ismail Erkenov. Frost had the {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, but Erkenov had him beaten with the {A-Spades}{K-Spades}. Erkenov proved the better after the board ran out {8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{K-Clubs}{3-Clubs} to eliminate Frost.

Shaun Deeb opened with a raise to 24,000, and then Mustapha Kanit reraised in position to 57,000. Play folded back to Deeb, and he four-bet jammed all in for around 300,000. Kanit folded, and Deeb raked in the pot.

Quintas Doubles Through Barer

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Ami Barer and Jose Quintas squared off before the flop, getting some chips in with fours against ace-nine. Barer was the proud owner of {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, racing against Quintas' {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}.

The {J-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades} flop was good for Quintas, but the {10-Clubs} gave Barer some additional outs. The {10-Hearts} on the river was a blank though, and the short stack doubled his 96,000 stack.

Fedor Holz Eliminated

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Fedor Holz
Fedor Holz

Fedor Holz was doing so well, but a series of unfortunate hands knocked him back to an under average stack, and out not much later.

Well known online player Dmitry Yurasov opened to 24,000 from the cutoff, and Fedor Holz made the call from the big blind.

Holz check called 26,000 on {7-Spades}{A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}, and the {3-Spades} appeared on the turn. Holz checked again, and called all in for 112,000 after Yurasov pushed a stack of 25,000 chips forward.

Holz had a pair and a flush draw with {J-Spades}{2-Spades}, but needed to hit agains Yurasov's {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}. He wouldn't with the {9-Diamonds} on the river, and Holz wished the rest of the table good luck.

Players are busting left and right, as Candido Goncalves and Niall Farrell have also been spotted leaving the tournament area.
