During the French Poker Awards we spoke to former organizer, current jury member and poker legend Bruno Fitoussi. Fitoussi spoke openly about his love for the poker community, but also about the lack of European players in the Hall of Fame.
Ruben Visser opened for 22,000 in middle position, and his next door neighbor Lucas Monnier in the hijack shoved all in for 78,000. The cutoff, button and both blinds folded, and Visser instantly called.

Matthieu Lamagnere was all in and at risk before the flop for approximately 145,000 against Julien Duveau. The hands were revealed to find the two racing for Lamagnere's tournament life.

It all started with a limp of Adrien Guyon from the button and Kevin MacPhee got to see a free flop of 
out of the big blind. The American fired three barrels after flop, turn and river with the final one being 88,000. Guyon now raised to 234,000, which represented more than half of his remaining stack.
MacPhee was sent into the think-tank for several minutes and eventually called off to see the Frenchman turn over for the nut straight. After the hand, Bertrand Grospellier said in table chat that he believes MacPhee had paid 10,000 chips too much to his opponent, which went under review shortly after.

Milan Tomasz Rabsz opened for 20,000 and Lionel Rozenberg in the cutoff made the call. Rabsz checked the flop and Rozenberg quickly checked behind.
Rabsz now bet 26,000 on the 
turn and Rozenberg went into the tank for a little bit. Eventually he made the call.
The river paired the board with the 
and Rabsz checked. Rozenberg cut out 55,000 and Rabsz snap called. Rabsz soon counted out 55,000 to hand over though as Rozenberg tabled

Andrius Bielskis opened the hijack for 21,000 and his next door neighbor Saoud Mnahi in the cutoff shoved over the top all in for about 121,000. The player on the button folded but Omar Dahmani in the small blind seemed interested. The Frenchman reshoved for 182,000 total and Bielskis made the call to put both players at risk.
