Ladouceur Doesn't Fold Against Neumann's Pressure

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Marc-Andre Ladouceur
Marc-Andre Ladouceur

The flop just showed {5-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{4-Hearts} when a player checked to Marko Neumann who bet 22,000 and from his immediate left it was PokerStars Team Online Marc-Andre Ladouceur who made the call. The third player involved folded and on the turn the {9-Clubs} popped up.

This time Neumann checked and Ladouceur took over the betting lead by throwing forward 31,500. Neumann took about 20 seconds before he slid forward a check-raise of 90,500. Ladouceur made the call and the river was the {5-Spades}.

Neumann checked right away and Ladouceur paused before checking as well. The German showed {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for ace-high and the Canadian tabled {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} to take down this pot.

Spindler Busts Two

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Benny Spindler
Benny Spindler

Robert Kuhn started the party with an open for 10,000 and Benny Spindler made the call. Alexander Trevallion then decided to raise to 33,000 from the big blind and Pierre Chevalier moved all in from the big blind for 33,500.

Kuhn, and Spindler made the call and Trevallion threw in the extra T500 chip. The flop was {5-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and a checked from Trevallion saw Kuhn move in for 105,000 and Spindler made the call. Trevallion folded and there was a three way all in.

Chevalier {A-Diamonds}{j-Spades}, Kuhn {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}, Spindler {k-Spades}{10-Spades}.

Spindler had to dodge a lot of outs and the turn {2-Clubs} and river {j-Hearts} were safe enough to give him a big pot and bust two more players.

Got Wood?

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Christopher Wood was all in preflop from the button against former chip leader Marco Caza in a classic flip situation.

Wood: {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}
Caza: {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}

Wood stood up expectantly.

The flop came {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}.

Wood sat back down.

The {10-Hearts} turn and {Q-Diamonds} river changed nothing and the Englishman doubled up.

He knows, I know

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Anatoly Filatov seems intent on getting into a levelling war with Chris Moorman. Unfortunately for Filatov it is Moorman who has position and the bigger stack but that isn’t enough to deter the fearless Russian.

Filatov opened for 10,000 and when the player in the small blind called Chris Moorman made a mini-squeeze of 30,000. Filatov announced all in for aroind 200,000 and didn’t get a call. One back for Russia.
