Lauck Over Trevallion

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

On a flop of {7-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}, both Jonas Lauck and Alexander Trevallion checked, allowing the {9-Hearts} to drop down on the turn. Lauck checked over to Trevallion again and he took this opportunity to bet 34,000. Lauck come over the top with a check-raise for 87,000 total. Trevallion thought for quite some time before moving forward a call.

The {8-Hearts} dropped down on the river and Lauck moved forward 225,000, which was enough to put Trevallion all in. This sent Trevallion deep into the tank. Over four minutes passed before Trevallion ultimately opted to kick his cards into the muck. Lauck picked up the pot and now has 1.2 million to his name.

Pineau Doubles Through Neumann

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Marko Neumann raised to 26,000 from the button only to have Yann Pineau three-bet to 75,000 from the small blind. The big blind got out of the way and action was back on Neumann. He thought for about 45 seconds before announcing that he was all in. Pineau took a deep breath and slid his chips past the betting line, calling for 392,000 total.

Pineau: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Neumann: {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

Neumann was out in front heading to the flop and looked primed to end Pineau's tournament. That all changed in a flash, however, as the {10-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop struck the felt. Pineau flopped top two pair and suddenly Neumann needed to improve in order to win the hand. He found no help on the turn ({5-Clubs}) or the river ({6-Diamonds}) and Pineau was able to find new life in the Main Event.

Pineau now has about 820,000 while Neumann has dropped to 795,000.

Liv Boeree Eliminated in 27th Place (£14,800)

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Liv Boeree
Liv Boeree

Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree was knocked down very short after doubling up Alexander Travellion, and she has not managed to make a comeback.

Just now Benny Spindler raised 24,000 under the gun plus one and Boeree called from the big blind after tanking for quite a bit. The flop brought out {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Boeree checked to Spindler who put her all in for just a few thousand chips. Boeree smiled and chatted to her rail for a bit before letting go of her hand.

On the very next hand Jonas Lauck raised from the cutoff and Boeree called all in from the small blind. Kevin Killeen called from the big blind and the flop came down {A-Clubs}{6-Spades}{8-Spades}.

Killeen check-folded to Lauck's bet and the showdown for Boeree's tournament life went as following.

Boeree: {Q-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
Lauck: {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The turn, the {7-Clubs} gave Boeree a flush draw but the river, the {A-Spades}, ended her tournament in 27th place. Boeree made another very deep run and also finishes as the last women standing in the EPT London Season 11 stop.

Neumann Wins Another

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Yann Pineau raised under the gun to 30,000 and both blinds, Billy Chattaway and Marko Neumann, called.

The flop brought out {J-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and all three players checked.

The turn was the {3-Diamonds} and Chattaway lead for 66,000 and Neumann made the call. On the river the {4-Clubs} hit and both players checked again.

"Pair," Chattaway said before showing {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}, but that was not enough versus Neumann's {Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}.

Trevallion Doubles, Cripples Boeree

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Alexander Trevallion moved all in for 146,000 from the cutoff and Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree shipped all in over the top from the button. The blinds folded and the hands were tabled with Trevallion at risk.

Trevallion: {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Boeree: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The flop came down {7-Clubs}{J-Spades}{K-Diamonds}, pairing Trevallion's king and giving him the lead in the hand. The {Q-Diamonds} dropped down on the turn, giving Trevallion top two pair. Trevallion needed just to dodge an eight on the river in order to stay alive. He did exactly that as the {5-Clubs} fell to the felt. Trevallion doubled to 324,000 while Boeree was crippled to 67,000.
