Levinskas Doubles with Quads

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Laurynas Levinskas got his 189,000 stack in before the flop with {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts} but was trailing Viacheslav Goryachev's {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}. Luckily for him the flop brought the two remaining kings with {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and the {6-Diamonds} on the turn and {6-Hearts} on the river didn't mather anymore.

Mandavia Eliminated By Khoroshenin

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Ankush Mandavia
Ankush Mandavia

Oleksii Khoroshenin raised from the cut off and watched as the action folded to Ankush Mandavia in the big blind. He moved all in for a little more and Khoroshenin made the call.

Khoroshenin: {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Mandavia: {q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}

The board ran out {6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{k-Spades}{7-Hearts} to see Mandavia lead all the way to the turn before a river heart completed Khoroshenin’s flush sending him to the rail. Oleksii Khoroshenin won a sizable pot from Dan Shak as well and now has about 1.7 million.

Georgios Karakousis Eliminated by Ole Schemion

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Ole Schemion opened to 40,000 and right next to him Georgios Karakousis shoved all in. Action folded back around to Schemion who didn't need to add much, and insta called. Schemion revealed his {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} instantly and Karakousis showed the {2-Clubs} first before revealing the {A-Hearts} underneath.

The {10-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop was really good for Schemion but the {5-Hearts} on the turn left his opponent some outs. The {2-Diamonds} wasn't one of them and Karakousis left the tournament.

"Sometimes I have a hand" laughed Schemion.

Ari Engel Eliminates Oliver Price

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Action folded to Ari Engel who pushed all in for 183,000. Olivier Price in the big blind was interested and called all in for 140,000 total with {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. Price was ahead as Engel tabled {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}.

Engel would hit the flop though with {3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}, and Price wouldn't catch up with the {9-Clubs} on the table and {9-Hearts} on the river.

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Dario Sammartino got his chips in with {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} and had to go to battle with Oleksii Khoroshenin who had {J-Spades}{J-Clubs}. The {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} board didn't help Sammartino and another player bite the dust.

Roman Korenev Counterfeited and Out

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Roman Korenev got it in before the flop with {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} for 80,000 up against Francois Billard's {A-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. The board came {2-Spades}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} and with an ace kicker with the better two pair at the table, Bilard busted Korenev.

Lykov Eliminated

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

"Seat Open!" the dealer shouted. We rushed over to see Maxim Lykov get up from the table. His {A-}{Q-} was cracked by Alexander Ivarsson's {K-}{4-} with a {4-} on the turn.

"You know e're not on the bubble anymore right?" laughed Simon Ravnsbaek.

Sammartino Busts Okhotskyi

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Oleh Okhotskyi was extremely shorted and pushed the button when folded to him. Dario Sammartino in the big blind made the call holding {K-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}, Okhotskyi showed {10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.

The flop was good for Sammartino with {2-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{A-Spades} and by the time the {3-Clubs} hit the turn, Okhotskyi was drawing dead. The {Q-Diamonds} completed the board and the tournament was down another player.

Nicholas Rampone Eliminated

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Nicholas Rampone had fewer than a big blind left and was all in with {J-Spades}{3-Hearts}. Simon Ravnsbaek was the one challenging him with the {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. The {4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{8-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{A-Clubs} board wasn't good for Rampone and he hit the rail. Rampone was congratulated by all the players at his table for making the money, being extremely short on the entire bubble .
