Dan Shak led out for 3,500 from middle position. Eugene Katchalov was his opponent and raised it up to 8,000 from the button. Shak thought about his decision for a moment before making the call before both players watched the 
complete the board.
Shak reached for his chips and bet out 12,000 before staring down Katchalov. It didn’t take him long to release his hand as he relinquished the pot to Shak.
“You got lucky,” said Katchalov after the completion of the hand.
“What you think I got lucky with?” smiled Shak, curious at Katchalov’s statement.
Shak then tabled his
