Rousseau Doubles Through Grieco

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

The action started with Francesco Grieco raising it up to 5,200 in chips. Sandrine Rousseau then bumped it up to 19,200 from the small blind which was enough to force the big blind out.

Grieco made the call and both watched the flop come down {9-Spades}{2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}. Rousseau paused for a second before moving all in for her remaining 36,300 in chips. Grieco reluctantly called and the cards were tabled.

Grieco: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Rousseau: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The {3-Diamonds} and {a-Diamonds} completed the board which was good enough for Rousseau who held with her over pair.

Muehlocker Moves In Successfully

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante
Thomas Muehloecker
Thomas Muehloecker

EPT Warsaw 2009 winner (for zł1,493,170/$528,253) Christophe Benzimra opened for 5,000. Thomas Muehlocker made it 14,500 from the small blind and Benzimra made the call.

Muehlocker bet out 11,500 on {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{10-Spades} and Benzimra made the call. The French regular called the 22,500 bet that Muehlocker fired on the {K-Clubs} turn as well. The river came the {A-Hearts} and Muehlocker moved all in after some tanking. Benzimra snap called, only to find out his {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} wasn't good enough for the win. Muehlocker tabled {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for the flopped full house and so busted Benzimra.

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

Mustapha Kanit opened the action for 4,200 from the button and Stephen Graner three-bet to 12,500 from the big blind.

Kanit had a monster stack now and he prepared to put it to good use with a four-bet to 21,800. Graner wasn’t having any of it though and five-bet to 59,000.

Kanit asked how much he had, and when the answer was that he started with around 230,000 Kanit flicked his cards to the dealer and gave it up.

Chitakhov On The Rise

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 300 ante

We arrived at the table just as Daniel Ferreira raised it to 4,500 from under the gun plus one. He was called by Daniel Chitakhov and Nandor Solyom in the cut off and blinds as well as Luca Amoruso in the blinds.

The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and all four players decided to check their options. When the {9-Hearts} dropped on the turn, Amoruso checked. Ferreira bet out 8,000 and was only called by Chitakhov.

The dealer rolled over the {7-Clubs} on the river and Ferreira checked. Chitakhov reached for his chips and splashed a bet of 25,000. Not long passed before Ferreira’s cards flew into the muck.
