After a raise to 5,000 and one call, Dan Shak also called out of the small blind and Ivan Soshnikov then three-bet tom 32,000 out of the big blind. The other two opponents folded and Shak pondered about his decision for a while. He eventually folded for everybody to see and was shown the by Soshnikov.

But these single portions of poker history are easy to miss, taking place online away from public glare. So events in Prague last night set to change that, with an award ceremony to mark the occasion in the Cloud 9 SkyBar at the Prague Hilton, as the PokerStars Blog reports.

Micah Raskin had lost quite a lot of chips lately and just recovered some in a hand with Joseph Cheong. Raskin had raised to 7,000 preflop and got called by Cheong as well as Mike Leag and Dmitry Gromov. On the flop, Raskin check-raised to 32,000 and Cheong called the extra 16,000 after betting the very same amount himself.
