Toby Lewis was in the small blind, and took his time. Eventually, Lewis put in a reraise to 68,000. In the big blind was another massive stack, Fady Kamar. He took a solid minute before folding his hand, and Gruissem folded quickly behind. Ladouceur paused for a bit, then folded, and Lewis' cold four-bet got through.
