Nut Flush for Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu has had a bit of success this year, making two final tables at the inaugural World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific, including winning the Main Event there for A$1,038,825.
On this hand, he battled with fellow Team PokerStars Pro Luca Pagano and made a flush on the river to scoop a very nice pot early.
On the 
flop, Pagano fired 400 before Negreanu raised to 1,200. The Italian made the call, then the dealer placed the 
out on the turn. Here, both players checked.
The river completed the board with the 
, completing the flush draw present on the flop, but also pairing the board. Pagano tossed out a bet of 1,800, then Negreanu fired in a raise to 5,000. Pagano took a minute or two, then made the call.
Negreanu tabled the 
for the nut flush, and Pagano mucked his hand.
