Two Hands from Table 2

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

[Removed:17] opened to 2,500 from early position, Flavien Guenan called on his left, and John Juanda three-bet to 8,200 near the button. Both Yan and Guenan called.

The dealer fanned {7-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts}, and Yan opted to lead out, splashing forward 14,100. Guenan quickly folded, and after some thought, Juanda mucked as well.

The very next hand, Ognjen Sekularac opened to 2,600 from early position, Mohsin Charania called on his direct left, and Christophe De Meulder called on the button. The flop was {5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, Sekularac checked, and Charania tossed out 4,200. Only De Meulder called.

The turn was the {8-Clubs}, Charania fired 7,500, and De Meulder mucked.

"Smashed that one," Charania said, referring to the turn card.

He and De Meulder shared a laugh as the Season 8 PokerStars and Monte-Carlo® Casino EPT Grand Final Main Event champion stacked the Belgian's chips.
