Pendulum Swings in Gimenez's Direction with Quad Cowboys!
Level 37
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Artus Gimenez bet 800,000 from the button with K♦8♦ and was met with a raise to 2,600,000 from Tomasz Wrobel in the big blind with 9♦2♦. Gimenez made the call.
Gimenez flopped best from K♣K♥7♦ for trip kings. Wrobel bet 1,700,000 and Gimenez called.
The 8♣ turn gave Gimenez a boat and Wrobel kept firing for 2,600,000. A perfectly still Gimenez called the bet.
The Spaniard rivered quads with the K♠ and Wrobel checked, leaving Gimenez to jam and Wrobel folded instantly. Gimenez now has a two-to-one lead.
