Team Nelson - McConniel Eliminated in 5th, Team Smith in 4th from Double KO
Level 19
: 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
After a preflop shoving frenzy, all of the chips between Joel Smith, Mike McConniel, and Jacob Karnowski found their way into the middle, with Karnowski covering.
Mike McConniel: A♣10♣
Joel Smith: J♠J♥
Jacob Karnowski: K♣K♥
Karnowski was in a prime position to score another double knockout, and the flop of K♦10♥3♠ put him lightyears ahead with his top set of kings. The turn J♦ gave Smith quad outs and also gave McConniel straight outs, but the river 7♦ did neither and both players were eliminated as Karnowski scooped the pot.
