Baunez Spikes a Jack to Triple up

The player in the hijack opened to 1,700 and was three-bet to 4,500 by Lylian Baunez in the cutoff. The player on the button called cold and Victor Guinand shoved for 26,700 from the big blind.

The initial raiser folded, Baunez called all in for approximately 16,000 and the player on the button called as well for a three-way all in.

Guinand had way the best of it with his aces, but the J42 flop vaulted Baunez into the lead with a set of jacks.

Murtezi folded, but the player in the big blind looked Golubev up, who tabled AJ for trip aces. His opponent couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Golubev.
