Qi and Amundsgaard Busted

Level 18 : 150,000/300,000, 35,000 ante

A short-stack Xuming "scplayer" Qi checked his option then shoved on a {q-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop when Connor Drinan checked. Unfortunately for him, {8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for a small flush was smacked by {j-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} held by Drinan.

At another table, Ola Amundsgaard got it in preflop with {a-}{j-}{j-}{8-} and busted to an opponent's pocket kings even after Amundsgaard flopped trip aces.

Haraldstad Doubles Through Larabi for Huge Lead

Level 18 : 150,000/300,000, 35,000 ante

Joachim "jochee" Haraldstad raised to 750,000 under the gun and Bernard Larabi defended big blind. Larabi check-called 602,250 on the {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} flop. On the {9-Spades}, Larabi checked and Haraldstad bet 2,422,125. Larabi went into his time bank then crammed, covering the 13,174,213 of his opponent.

Larabi: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Haraldstad: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Haraldstad faded the one-outer on the {10-Diamonds} river and vaulted into a big chip lead.

Koon Cracks Kings

Level 18 : 150,000/300,000, 35,000 ante

Jason Koon opened under the gun and called the shove of Paul McBeth, who had 2.3 million.

McBeth: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Koon: {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

Koon turned a straight as it ran {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}.

At another table, Ihar "BUMPER" Pliashko also busted.

Keller Bricks Out

Level 18 : 150,000/300,000, 35,000 ante

On a {9-Hearts}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts} flop, Raphael "GoodRice" Keller check-called off the last 1 million against three-bettor Joachim "jochee" Haraldstad.

Keller: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Haraldstad: {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}

Keller had a big straight draw but found nothing on the {4-Hearts} turn or {3-Hearts} river.

Ferreira Next Out

Level 17 : 125,000/250,000, 30,000 ante

Markus "Lenbert1" Schottes opened for 600K and called a three-bet to 2,050,000 out of small blind Rui Ferreira.

Ferreira continued small for 1,125,000 on the {7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} then fired in the "good luck" emoji before jamming 3 million in on the {8-Clubs}. Schottes was happy to call with two pair.

Ferreira: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Schottes: {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}

Schottes improved to a flush on the {9-Clubs} river.

Blinds: 125,000/250,000

Gonzalez Outflopped and Busted

Level 16 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante

Fabrizio Gonzalez opened under the gun, Rui Ferreira three-bet on the button, and Gonzalez jammed for 2.7 million or so. Ferreira called with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and was trailing Gonzalez's {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

The {9-Hearts}{j-Spades}{a-Clubs} flop pulled Ferreira ahead and Gonzalez was in trouble. The {5-Hearts} and {3-Clubs} were no good for him.

Astedt and Loeffler Down

Level 16 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante
