Bubble Pressure by Wolff

Level 30 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

George Wolff earned six pots in a row to almost claim the lead and two of the hands went past the flop. Wolff check-called a bet worth 69,300 by Eelis Pärssinen on the {q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop when he was in the big blind and they checked it down thereafter on the {2-Diamonds} turn and {7-Spades} river.

Wolff tabled {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and that was good versus {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}. He then also bet the {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{6-Hearts} river for 60,000 after it had been checked all the way. Francisco Benitez check-folded as Wolff dragged in another pot.

Dvoress Takes From Jeppsson

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante

Christian Jeppsson raised to 77,000 and was called by Daniel Dvoress in the small blind. On a flop of {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, Dvoress check-called for 92,890 and did so again for a larger bet of 200,643 on the {9-Spades} turn. The {7-Spades} river was checked and Dvoress won the pot with {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} versus {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}.

"77Storm77" Eliminated

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante

Canada's "77Storm77" called all-in for 33,174 from second position and Timothy Adams jammed out of the small blind to isolate.

"77Storm77": {a-Hearts}{7-Clubs}
Timothy Adams: {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

The {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop made a split pot likely but the {8-Clubs} turn paired up Adams. What followed was the blank {q-Hearts} on the river and "77Storm77" was gone in 37th place with 35 spots paid.

Ponakovs Doubles; Pardo Busts

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante
Pardo vs Holz
Pardo vs Holz

In a limped pot to the {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Spades} flop, Aleksejs Ponakovs reraised to leave very few chips behind and then called all-in when Damian Salas made it 175,000 to go.

Aleksejs Ponakovs: {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Damian Salas: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

The {a-Spades} turn and {9-Hearts} river kept Ponakovs in contention.

At the same time, Juan Pardo raised to 77,000 and Fedor Holz three-bet to 227,500 in the small blind. Pardo four-bet to 627,137 with one big blind behind and called all-in following the squeeze by Holz.

Juan Pardo: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Fedor Holz: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}

The {10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} board provided no miracle and Pardo was gone three off the money.

Salas Busts Nemeth; Coleman Doubles Through "77Storm77"

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante
Salas vs Nemeth
Salas vs Nemeth

The final hand before the break brought two big pots and propelled Damian Salas as well as David Coleman into prime spots for the money bubble.

Salas raised to 70,000 and called the jam by Andras Nemeth for 999,142 in the cutoff with the superior stack.

Andras Nemeth: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Damian Salas: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The board came {8-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{j-Spades} and Salas held up.

Coleman three-bet to 227,500 out of the small blind and button raiser "77Storm77" came along. On the {9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, Coleman ripped it in for 742,534 and earned a call.

David Coleman: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
"77Storm77": {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The {k-Diamonds} turn and {q-Clubs} river left "77Storm77" with crumbs.

Jiang vs Wolff

Sosia "Aunty_Ninja" Jiang jammed for just 263,407 on the button and George Wolff made the call in the big blind.

Sosia "Aunty_Ninja" Jiang: {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
George Wolff: {k-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop improved Wolff but the {3-Spades} turn and {a-Diamonds} river gave Jiang the superior pair.
