Haxton and Greenwood Eliminated

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante
Greenwood eliminated by Muehloecker
Greenwood eliminated by Muehloecker

Isaac Haxton min-raised the hijack to 24,000 and Thomas Muehloecker defended the big blind. On a flop of {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}, Muehloecker check-called for 31,500 and checked again the {4-Clubs} on the turn. Haxton jammed for 129,326 and was snap-called.

Isaac Haxton: {9-Spades}{8-Spades}
Thomas Muehloecker: {2-Clubs}{2-Spades}

The chip and a chair comeback of Haxton ended right there as the {9-Clubs} river was already meaningless.

Sam Greenwood also hit the rail, in a large pot against Anatoly Filatov.

It all started with a raise to 26,400 by Greenwood and a flat-call by Filatov on the button, David Peters filled up from the big blind. On a {j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop, Greenwood bet 54,000 and Filatov called, Peters check-folded. The same action repeated on the {6-Clubs} turn as Greenwood bet 108,000 and earned a call.

After the {8-Hearts} river, Greenwood jammed for 147,891 with the {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and Filatov snap-called with {j-Hearts}{j-Spades} for jacks full.

Down to the Final 20 Players

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante
Daniels Eliminated by Watson
Daniels Eliminated by Watson

Shawn Daniels defended his big blind against Mike Watson and check-jammed a flop of {q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts}. The bad news was a snap-call by Watson, who had the dominating hand.

Shawn Daniels: {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Mike Watson: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}

There was no help for Daniels on the {7-Diamonds} turn and {k-Clubs} river.

Moments later, Matthias Eibinger was on the way out. He was already at risk when Wiktor Malinowski isolated successfully. Eibinger had a piece of the board with {6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} on the {9-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} runout. However, that was not enough as Malinowski scooped it all with {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}.

Martirosian Eliminated by Dzivielevski

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

In a preflop all-in content, Yuri Dzivielevski got it in from the big blind and was the player at risk. He was facing Artur Martirosian, who had jammed the cutoff with a slightly superior stack.

Yuri Dzivielevski: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Artur Martirosian: {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} board let the kicker play. Dzivielevski won the next two hands as well, which included felting Martirosian for the last one and a half blinds.

Badziakouski Doubles Through Sammartino

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Mikita Badziakouski made it 54,000 to go in the hijack following an open raise by Dario Sammartino, who then four-bet jammed and was snap-called.

Mikita Badziakouski: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Dario Sammartino: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

With both suits covered, Badziakouski also improved to a set on the {k-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop. The {10-Spades} turn was a sweat but the {a-Hearts} river brought no miracle.

Petrangelo Pulls Further Ahead as the Eliminations Keep Coming

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante
Holz vs Chidwick
Holz vs Chidwick

Sami Kelopuro took a flip from under the gun with {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} against the {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} of Nick Petrangelo in the big blind. The {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop immediately gave Petrangelo top two pair, and the {9-Spades} turn brought no help to Kelopuro. The same applied on the {j-Spades} river as Kelopuro was gone.

Another five players were gone in the blink of an eye and that included Fedor Holz. Left short in a three-way all-in that awarded a triple-up to Isaac Haxton and left Darren Elias with fumes, he soon after open-shoved. Stephen Chidwick had an easy call out of the big blind.

Fedor Holz: {k-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}
Stephen Chidwick: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

The {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} board left Holz drawing dead on the turn.

Bruno Volkmann was ousted by Bert Stevens, who continued his recent rise.

Daniel Dvoress also ran out of chips. It was another flip, as {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} ended up second-best to the {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} of Mikita Badziakouski.

The Field is Shrinking Rapidly

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

Another trio departed in very quick succession and among them was Brazil's Pablo Brito Silva. He jammed the cutoff with the {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and Nick Petrangelo looked him up with the {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts} on the button. The {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{8-Spades} board provided no help as Brito Silva hit the rail.

He was not the only one. Niklas Astedt ran with tens into queens and Liviu Ignat fell moments later.

Peters wins three-way all-in
Peters wins three-way all-in

David Yan was left without chips after losing {a-Spades}{5-Clubs} against the {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} of Mikita Badziakouski. The {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{k-Hearts}{7-Clubs} brought no ace and Badziakouski earned the pot.

Andras Nemeth ran with {2-Hearts}{2-Spades} into the {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} of Mike Watson, who paired up on the {9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} board.

Samuel Vousden was left empty-handed in a three-way all-in, which also reduced the stack of Lev "LevMeAlone" Gottlieb to dust. David Peters took a flip against both in the following showdown.

Samuel Vousden: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Lev "LevMeAlone" Gottlieb: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
David Peters: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The {a-Hearts}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop left both jacks drawing dead and the {9-Spades} turn, as well as the {k-Clubs} rier, were a formality.

Stevens Takes From Rudolph

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

In a battle button versus big blind, Christian Rudolph bet the {q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop for 25,638 and Bert Stevens check-called. The {9-Clubs} turn was checked and Stevens led the {10-Diamonds} river for 30,204. Rudolph raised to 126,000 with the {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Stevens called with {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} to win a decent pot.
